Newborn Photographer Atlanta
I know I say this often, but my favorite part of being a newborn photographer Atlanta is the babies! This little guy is one of the easiest babies I’ve had…ever. I just love the details about newborn babies. How his hair swirls in two different directions at the top of his head, how amazingly long his eye lashes are, I just love all of it. Ben came to see me when he was about 10 days old. The ideal time to do a studio newborn session is between 7-14 days. I can do a little earlier, or a little later as well, but really I like to give newborns some time to figure out nursing and bond with mom before we do the session.
When and How to Book Your Session
Once you decide that you’d like to work with me for your newborn photographer Atlanta session, you can simply click here and fill out my contact form to connect with me through my website. If you’d prefer to email me directly, you can do so by emailing me at lindsley@appleseedphotography.com I am usually very prompt at returning emails and attempts to get in touch with me through the contact form. The final way to reach me, is to call me. This can be a little harder, as I do have 4 kids and it’s not always easy for me to answer my phone or call someone right back. Mostly because, well, kids are loud. Anyways…if you’re more of a phone person, my number is listed here.
I tend to book a few months in advance, and since I DO have all those kids, I try not to over book myself so that I still have time for things that come up at home:) As soon as you decide you’d like to work with me, it’s best to get on my schedule. Most of my clients book with me sometime between 21-27 weeks pregnant. Once you book with me, I will pencil your due date on my calendar. Just let me know either when you have a scheduled induction or c-section date set, or as soon as you’ve had your baby. Ideally, I like to get babies into the studio within the first 7-14 days of life.
Getting Ready for Your Session
It is my goal to have everything you need for your newborn photographer Atlanta session, in my studio. Parents often ask me if they need to bring anything. Of course, if you have something special you would like to be photographed with your baby, bring it. Blankets knitted by great grandma are wonderful additions to photos. If you don’t have something special, then you don’t need to bring a thing. I am continually buying new blankets, backdrops, wraps, pants, rompers, and headbands for my tiny clients. I also have a hefty supply of diapers, wipes, and even a few extra pacifiers in my studio. The only thing I don’t have is food for your baby. Otherwise, I’ve got it covered!
Photographing newborns and their tiny details, and sweet features is truly my passion. I have put so much of my heart and soul into building this business, and every time someone hires me to capture their newborn baby’s photos, I am completely honored.
Here is Ben’s entire gallery in a collage. I’ve been doing a quick collage lately, of my newborns entire galleries and I really love seeing how all the images look together.
