Marietta Newborn Photographer

One of my favorite things about being a Marietta Newborn Photographer is that I get to snuggle other peoples sweet newborn babies. I have always loved newborns, and as a mom to 4 kids, I remember well how fast these moments flew by for my own kids. Now that my own kids are bigger, I miss those tiny snuggles! Don’t get me wrong, it’s still great..but now it’s more team practices, homework, and big kid giggles, rather than new snuggles and cuddles!

Newborn babies change so quickly. By the time my kids were 6-8 weeks old, they looked totally different than the looked at birth. I would love the opportunity to capture those tiny features and fleeting moments for you and your family. Before you know it, your sweet, squishy, sleeping all the time newborn will be a chubby, smiling right back at you, rolly polly baby!

Newborn Sessions

My newborn sessions are generally done in a studio environment. Usually, newborn sessions occur between days 5-14, but I have done them successfully as late as 4-5 weeks old. I keep my studio really warm, utilize a few different noise machines, and I also have everything I need from lighting, to blankets, sweet headbands, and wraps, to make your new baby comfortable for their photo session. Mom and Dad can put their feet up and relax while I handle the photography!

Miss K was 10 days new when we did her session and was just perfect. She even smiled for me a little!
