Atlanta Twin Photographer

As an Atlanta Twin Photographer, I have had the honor of photographing more multiples this year than I ever have in years past. These precious girls were long awaited by their sweet parents.   It was my honor to be able to drive to Nashville to do their newborn session.  I have known their parents for several years, so I was thrilled to meet these little dolls in person!  You can just see how much their parents love and adore them in these photos.

Twin Newborn Sessions

I am often asked if Atlanta twin photographer sessions take longer than a regular, single baby newborn session.  It honestly varies from baby to baby, or from different sets of twins to different sets of twins.   Some twins are on a schedule where they eat at the same time, and some are not.  Obviously, if babies are breaking to eat at similar times, that makes things go quicker than if I’m taking separate food breaks for two different babies.  Typically, twin newborn sessions take around the same amount of time as a single baby session.  If I can, I will sometimes build an extra hour of wiggle room onto my schedule just to be safe, but it isn’t always necessary.

How to Prepare for Your Twin Session

Preparing for a twin session isn’t any different than planning for a single baby session.  The day or two before a newborn session, I always send out a parent prep letter.  The parent prep letter has  some great tips and suggestions for being well prepped for a session.  I have plenty of props in my studio, and have lots of backdrops as well. I even keep a spare paci, diapers, and wipes here just in case.  Having a new baby is stressful enough, the last thing I want is for new parents to be any more stressed than necessary about having a newborn session with me.

How to Book Your Session

I am currently booking sessions anywhere from 1-4 months in advance.  It is best to get on my schedule early so that you can secure a slot on my calendar.
